10% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 2, 40 and 41. Open Area of the project is 5679.08 sq. meters which includes Park [1000.00 sq. meters], M.T. & SWM [60.55 sq. meters], Road Area [4222.77 sq. meters], Area surrendered in Road [215.39 sq. meters] and Parking Area in Informal Sector [234.37-54.00 = 180.37 sq meters] The Saleable Area of the project is 6699.04 sq. meters which includes residential [6645.04 sq. meters] & informal commercial [54.00 sq. meters].
