1). As per Township Policy 2010, 37 Plots (Plot No. 17, 35, 36, 43, 44, 51, 52, 71, 89, 119 to 129, 132 to 139, 148 to 150, 172, 173, 221, 222, EA-07 and EA-08) having Total area of 5482.99 Sq. Mtrs equal to 12.5% of total area have been kept as mortgage under JDA. These plots would be released after the Internal development work of project will be completed and development charges will be deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2). Since it is a plotted development project no parking details are being submitted. 3. Open Area 36208.83 Square meters (includes 4713.81 Sq Mtr for Park and 31495.02 Sq Mtr for Road). Solid waste management, Mobile Tower and Public Utility are for Common use facility therefore same are not included in the open area. 4. In JDA approved MAP future reserved area consisting of 2333.11 sq. mtrs., which have not been included in proposed project “ Harigarh Estate” in Total Phase Area. When future ext. area will approve by JDA, we will get registered the same as a new project.
