Land Owner name of Mrs. Anita Singh and Mrs. Kamna Rajawat in joint development agreement is shown Mrs. Anita Shekhawat and Mrs. Kamna Rathore, but as per ID Proof of both name of Landowner is Anita Singh and Kamna Rajawat. Promoter has uploaded affidavit for name declaration obtained from both the land owners in the TAB "Other approvals as may be required and obtained for the project" of PROJECT RELATED APPROVAL DOCUMENT (IF APPLICABLE). Land Cost of the project has been considered Historical cost i.e. land purchased by the landowners.
