12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 5 plots are plot no. 7, 8, 16, 23 and 28. Open Area of the project is 2437.89 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [12.99 sq. mtrs] and Road Area [2424.90 sq. mtrs].
