As per the approved building sanction plans no open area is provided in our project. Parking has been filled as depicted on the sanctioned approved drawing. Since the project is new, we have not appointed contractor yet. As and when contractor will be appointed, we shall inform to the RERA authority. Common area and facilities drawings of the project shall be submitted before the completion/ quarterly updates of the project.
