1. That there is no plot no.60 and further the part area of plot no. 60 is merge in plot no.59 and part area is surrendered in road. Further we have mentioned the Breakup Total Plot-1 to 59, 61 to 82, IC-1 to IC-13, COMM. 2. We have applied for RERA registration of Project vide application number: RAJ-RERA-APP-P-2024-9834, dated 05-04-2024. That we have taken booking prior to the RERA Registration of Project and the notice bearing no-F-15(293) RAJ /RERA/C/2024/D-12681:1271 u/s-3/59 of RERA Act, 2016 dated 26.02.2024 has been issued to us and Honourable Chairman has imposed a penalty of Rs 1,49,000/- by passing the order on 29.10.2024 bearing no- F-15(293) RAJ-RERA-C-2024. That we have deposited the penalty on 11-11-2024 vide UTR No-BARBW24316185781 in compliance with the order but subsequently our file was rejected by RERA on 03-03-2025. So, we are again applying for RERA Registration of our project and we have already deposited the penalty u/s-3/59 of the RERA Act,2016.
