12.5% of the total saleable plots(3086.17 sq. meters) has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 7, 8 and 20 (462.79 Sq. Mtrs.). Open area is 2324.83 sq. meters ,in Road Area [2313.32 sq. meters] and for Mobile Tower 11.51 sq. meters. Area as per Approval Letter and in Form 11 of 90A was done by UIT is 5411.00 Sq. mtrs.
