Promoter here by declare that we envisaged to construct the said building 2 Basements + Lower Ground + Upper Ground + 3 Floors + Service Floor + 7th Floor (1st to 13 Floor), However as on date we have get the maps approval as 2 Basements + Lower Ground + Upper Ground + 3 Floors + Service Floor + 6th Floor (1st to 12 Floor). In due course of time we intent to get map approval from competent authority for rest floor that is 13th floor whoever as on date we have filled the gross builtup area of project and other integrated details keeping in view up to 13 floor.
