As per Township policy 2010, 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot no S-38,S-39,S-40,S-41,S-42,S-43,S-44,S-45,S-46 and informal had been mortgaged with UIT for the Internal Development works related to this project. Open Area is 1607.80 Mtr (which includes 264.77 Sq Mtr for Park, 469.68 Sq Mtr for Parking and 873.35 Sq Mtr For Road) .
