Promoter has applied for approval of building Plans in UIT Kota for Basement +Ground+12 Floors and UIT, Kota vide approval letter No. KOT/2020-21/BPAS/903 dated 02.04.2021 has approved Basement+Ground+8 Floors but Building sanction plan released for Basement+ Ground(Stilt)+12 Floors. Apartment details has been filled considering as Sanctioned and Proposed but not Sanctioned as per approval maps.
