Plot No. 23, 24, 25, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57 Total Area 752.03 Sq. Mtr. are mortgage to Jaipur Development Authority. These Plots will be de-mortgaged after the completion of internal development. Total Area of mortgage Plot is 752.03 Sq. Mtr as compared to mandatory mortgage of 739 Sq Mts, due to the fact that the actual plot size does not fit in the prescribed area of mortgage, hence extra Sq.mts has been mortgaged which is mentioned plot wise details in site plan and agreed by us. We have not appointed any Consultant for our project till date. Open Area includes Land used in Park (505.42 Sq. Mtr) S.W.M.+M.T. (60.71 Sq. Mtr) Road (3578.92 Sq. Mtr) Total 4145.05 Sq. Mtr. Mutation showing and mentioned in Khasra Naksha and Jamabandi(Copy) is considered and no other mutation issued by JDA for which declaration has been attached in other approvals tab. All other declarations and affidavits are attached in the other approvals tab.
