1. The open area of the project is 7147.45 sq. mtr. and the same is calculated by considering Park area as 553.19 sq. mtr., M.T. as 20 sq. mtr., S.W.M. as 50 sq. mtr., Road area as 6407.57 sq. mtr. and Road 9m as 116.69 sq. mtr. 2. 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 21, 24, 25, 35, 36, 49 and 51 area admesuring 903.47 sq. mtr. 3. Plot No. C-02 and C-11 admeasuring 243.93 Sq meters are JDA Plots and these Plots are sold by JDA Only and not by the Promoter.
