(2) Open area for the scheme is calculated as Park (981.89 sq. mtr.) + Road (6345.57 sq. mtr.) + SWM (50.00 Sq mtr.) + M.T. (20 sq mtr) = 7397.46 sq. mtr (3) JDA Patta of plot no. 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 102 and 103 (Total 8 plots) will be issued after shifting of LT line.
