1. That 12.5% of Plots (Plot no. 10, 11, 35, 36, 37, C-3, C-4, C-5, C-6 & C-7 Total -10 plots and area- 1243.12 sq. mtrs.) have been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority for ensuring internal development in the project and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. 2. That Commercial plot No. C-3, C-4, C-5, C-6 & C-7 which saleable area is 662.6 sq. mtrs. are not part of the promoter and Jaipur Development Authority has power to sale these plots. 3. That the saleable area which comes to the Promoter is 3919.74 sq. mtrs. 4. That in open area we have included Gas Line corridor (open) area 1882.23 sq. mtrs, S.W.M. area 50.21 sq. mtrs, Mobile Tower area 10 sq. mtrs, P.U. area 10.89 sq. mtrs and Road area 1564.33 sq. mtrs. Total open area is 3517.66 sq. mtrs.
