1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 60 to 70 & 71 admeasuring 1081.41 Sq. Mtr. 2.) The open area of our project is 3741.71 sq. mtr. calculated as (Park 552.36 sq. mtr.+ Road 3189.35 sq. mtr.) 3.) The total area as per jamabandi and 90A is 10645 sq.mtr. and local body has issued the layout by including 133.71 sq.mtr. of land reserved for the future expansion in the approved scheme of shiva regency which is located on the western part of the applied project “GOVERDHAN VATIKA BLOCK-A”. 4.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been released by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 60 to 70 & 71 admeasuring 1081.41 Sq.
