Open Area of the project is 6438.93 sq. mtr. and the same is calculated by considering Park Area 869.54 sq. mtr. + Road Area 5569.39 sq. mtr. 3.) 12.5% of total saleable PLOTS HAVE BEEN RELEASED BY JAIPUR DEVELOPMENT AUHTORITY, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 1 to 9, 27, 28, 38, 47 admeasuring 1384.57 sq mtr.
