As per Township Policy 2010, 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged with the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 5 plots are plot no. 22 to 26. Open Area of the project is 1826.93 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [27.56 sq. meters] and Road Area [1799.37 sq. meters].
