1.That currently permission has been granted by Kota Development Authority till the Lower Basement+Upper Basement+Stilt Floor+Ground Floor+10th Floor but we have applied for Further permission for the 11th to 12th Floor. Currently, we have mentioned gross built-up area, parking details, development cost, and proposed but not sanctioned units as per Lower Basement+Upper Basement+Stilt Floor+Ground Floor+12th Floor as we will construct the project till the 12th Floor.
