It is hereby submitted that the Project land is jointly owned and developed by two entities i.e. M/s Globe Builders & Developers and M/s Shalimar Buildcon Private Limited. As per Township Policy 2010, 11 Plots (Plot No. G-11, G-10, G-35, G-37, G-38, G-39, E-04, E-12, E-13, L-04, L-05) having Total area of 1152.29 Sq. Mtrs equal to 12.5% of saleable area have been kept as mortgage under ADA, Ajmer. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with ADA Ajmer. 2). Since it is a plotted development project therefore no parking details are required. 3. The Total Open Area of the Project is 11384.50 (Facility Area 2001.91+Green Area 1168.53+Tower Area 9.29+S.W.M. Area 40.04+Road Area 8164.73) square meters. Total Saleable Area is 11647.18 (Residential Plotted Area 6590.04+Group Housing Plot 2475.89+EWS LIG 1179.87+Commercial Shop 934.02+Informal Shop area 467.36) square meters.
