The Promoter has decided to bring a Group Housing Project in said land area in the name of 'GLOBE HOMES'. However, it is pertinent to mention here that 12 plots (Plot No. 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33) are mortgaged with Ajmer Development Authority, Ajmer totally admeasuring around 846.45 square meters, which will be released after the completion of work. Therefore, the same have been marked as 'Not Sanctioned' plots. Open Area is calculated as Road Area + Green Area i.e. 3752.91+585.57 = 4338.48 sq.mtrs.
