1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Nagar Palika, Padampur, Sri Ganganagar against the internal development work of the project those plots are Plot No. 4 and 5 (G-Block), Plot No. 2 and 3 (E-Block), Plot No. 2 and 3 (F-Block) and informal Plot admeasuring 1513.39 SqM. 2.) Open area of the project is 7,263.82 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering road area as 6882.02 sq. mtr. , park, S.W.M and Tower area as 381.8 sq. mtr.
