12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are A-08, A-19, A-29, A-30 and A-31. Open Area of the project is 3254.99 sq. meters which includes SWM [43.62 sq. meters], Facility Area [405.05 sq. meters] and Road Area [2806.32 sq. meters]. Area as per Jamabandi and 90A order is 10780.00 Sq. mtrs. whereas on site the available area for plotting is 10647.00 Sq. mtrs. only. Therefore, Actual Area available i.e. 10647.00 Sq. mtrs is taken into consideration for RERA Registration.
