Promoter is intent to develop the project in Phases, Phase-I has already been registered in RERA as GEETA having RERA Registration No. RAJ/P/2019/1061 and Phase-II has already been registered in RERA as GEETA Phase-II having RERA Registration No. RAJ/P/2021/1433. Now Phase-III is registering as GEETA Phase-III as mentioned above. As per approved maps phase 3 comprises of Tower 3, 4, 5 and 9, however at present the promoter proposes to develop only tower 3,4 & 5 and details have been filled accordingly not considering Tower 9. The promoter shall get Tower 9 registered in future as and when required.
