So nagar parishad have issued a letter dated 29/03/2025 for change of mortgage plot , Now plot number residential 3,4,5,6 and commercial 11,12 TOTAL 6 PLOTS are mortaged with nagar parishad for internal development work. Open Area is 6192.54 sq mtr which includes Commercial Parking 242.07 sq mtr+ Park 677.15 sq mtr+Road 5104.23 sq mtr+ Informal Non Salable 169.09 sq mtr .
