As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot no 7, 22, 23 had been mortgaged with UIT for the Internal Development works related to this project. Open Area is 2386.30 Sq Mtr (which include 2062.447 Sq Mtr For Road , 245.8213 for Parks and 78.04 sq mtr for M.T./SWD) .
