These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2.Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. 3.That the Mortgaged plots 03 Plots (Plot No. 10, 12, 20) having Total area of 468.47 Sq. Mtrs are released by JDA vide letter dated 25.11.2021 having serial Number JDA/UPA/Zone-12/2021/D-3907.
