1.Total area of the project is 14416.30 Sq. Mtr. and the same was also registered under the name GANGA RESIDENCY with RERA No. RAJ/P/2017/011. Now we are applying for the phase area 2254.73 sq mtr. which is marked as A to D in the layout plan uploaded.2. As per construction permission letter No. 14884, validity for the Building Construction will be for 30 months. For the period over and above this we undertake to obtain necessary permission from the competent authority.
