As per Township policy 2010 12.5% of the total saleable area i.e. Plot no 18,19,20,21,22,23,32,62,63 had been mortgaged with Nagar Parishad Hanumangarh for the Internal Development works related to this project. Now the internal work has been completed accordingly these mortgaged plots are released. Open Area is 6620.99 Mtr (which includes 5470.57 Sq Mtr For Road, 898.67 Sq Mtr for Park and 251.77 Sq Mtr for informal non saleble) .
