“Galaxy Enclave” “The Urban Village Splendor”

• The project is being developed in 3 parts. Part I of the project is registered as Project “GALAXY ENCLAVE” vide RERA Registration No. RAJ/P/2017/448. Application for RERA Registration of Part II of the project is under process as Project “Galaxy Enclave” “The Urban Village Extension”. • As per township policy-2010, 12.5% plots admeasuring 22,093.05 Sq. Meters have been kept mortgage in the whole project. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. • Out of all mortgaged plots eight plots (Residential Plot No. S09, S10, S11, S12, S13, S14, Commercial Plot No. SC3 & SC4) having total area of 6677.77 Sq. Meters are part of Project - “Galaxy Enclave” “The Urban Village Splendor” In JDA approved MAP future area has been mentioned, which has not been included in Total Phase Area of any phase but has been included in total area of project. When future ext. area will be approved by JDA, we will get the same registered as a new project.
