1.) The Open Area of the Project is 7108.52 sqm., comprising Park(826.56 sqm.), STP(50.00 sqm.), Mobile Tower(20.00 sqm.), & Road(4577.05 sqm.). 2.) The Total saleable area in the project is 11,191.48 sqm., comprising Residential Plot Area(9,864.03 sqm.), Informal Commercial(277.66 sqm.), JDA Commercial(378.62 sqm.), Khatedar Commercial(671.17 sqm.). 3.) As per the rectified approved layout approved by JDA vide letter no. Zone-11/2024/D-2080, dated 09-10-2024, the following details are rectified, including list of 12.5% Mortgaged Plots, Khatedar Commercial Plots, and JDA Commercial Plots:-> • In compliance with the Township Policy 2010, a total of 12 plots (numbers 3, 4, 67 to 70, 73 & 79 to 83), covering 1,425.71 sqm, are mortgaged with the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA). These plots have now been released by JDA vide Mortgage Free Letter Dated 10-06-2025. • Plots C-5, C-7, and C-8 are designated as JDA Commercial Plots. Ownership of these plots will remain with the JDA. These plots are listed under the category "Proposed but Not Sanctioned Number of Apartments/Plots" in the Plots section, and "Not Yet Approved for Construction/Sale" in the Allottee Details section. • Plots C-1, C-2, C-3, and C-4 are designated as Khatedar Commercial Plots.
