1. As per Township Policy 2010, 13 plots (Plot No 1, 17, 28, 29, 30, 35, 36, 37, 44, 45, 46, 52 and 74) having total area of 1772.59 sqm equaling to 12.50% have been sanctioned and kept mortgage. These plots would be allocated after the internal development work is completed and development charges deposited with Urban Improvement Trust (UIT), Bikaner. 2. Open Area covers parks of 1342.50 sqm and roads of 4912.46 sqm totaling to 6254.96 sqm. 3. Parking is not applicable as the project is for plotted development.
