1. Earlier request was submitted for developing the project in two phases, now Promoter company is developing the whole project in single phase, so the phase area of this project shall be read as same as the Total area of the project i.e. 15627.36 Sq. Mtrs. 2. Details of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shukla removed from the promoter profile on 25-10-2019, this bears the approval of Honorable Chairman.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
