Project constitute 288 Flats for EWS & LIG under the policy of EWS guidelines (as may be applicable) issued under the Affordable Housing Policy, 2009 (“Policy”) by the relevant development authority, Bhiwadi (“Bhiwadi Authority”) having Three buildings. Out of 288 flats 266 flats alloted by UIT and rest 12 are available for general public. As per approval received from chairman sir, Revised date of completion has been modified.
