1)Intially we have wrongly submitted phase area 9785 sqm now the corrected phase area should be read as 38,830 sqm. for which the RERA registration has been applied for EWS-1408(G+3) AT SEC-12,PH-II,PALI ROAD,KBS,Jodhpur,DIV-III which is depicted by green P-line . 2)Floor Plan, Section Plan and elevation of said project is uploaded in copy of Layout approval. 3)Additional fee has been paid through RTGS according to new phase area. 5)Visitor parking is not provided. 6) Work order i.e. considered for date of completion i.e. 30/12/2019 is uploaded in other document section. 7) Please take a note that all set of sanctioned drawings is uploaded under the head copy of layout approval for kind perusal. 8) Water supply permission in this project is not required as RHB itself provide the same As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
