There are apartments 42 and 24 stores in the project. We have not associated/linked the stores with apartment and accordingly mentioned the stores details separately due to which there were discrepancy in the total number of units. To remove the same, we have mentioned the total number of units as 67. Further, it is to mention that we will sell the stores along with the units only, to the allottees of the project only. We will not sell the stores separately. We have not yet decided that which store will be sold with which unit number. The said stores will be sold as per the requirement and demand of the allottees. CLARIFICATION :- Due to an inadvertent mistake at the time of approval of the basement floor, the area meant for access to the store, i.e., the common basement area, was mistakenly shown as a "store." It is respectfully clarified that this error relates only to the common access area and does not pertain to or affect any actual store(s) in the project. It is therefore requested that the said area may kindly be read and treated as a Common Basement Area only, for all intents and purposes.
