Initially, the Jaipur Development Authority has granted the commencement certificate to develop the Project vide letter no. ???????/???./???-5/ 2022/??- 1048 dated 19.04.2022. Further, the Empanelled Architect, Khushal Mathur (CA/2007/40651) who has been duly empowered by Ministry of Urban Development & Housing vide its order number 9354/Project/Eol/General/7616 dated 20 July 2021 has granted the commencement certificate i.e Map approval letter to develop the Project vide letter no. 10/2022/02 dated 31.10.2022.
