Kindly take note as under; 1) With respect to the area mentioned in JDA Lease Deed and Approved Site Plan having measurement as 1571.41 sq. yd. which comes to 1313.89 sq. mtr., it is to bring to your notice that actual on site measurement of the plot is as mentioned above of 1272.04 sq.mtr. only. Thereby while requesting JDA for approval of Building Sanction Plan and Map the actual area 1272.04 sq. mtr. is considered and thus approved by JDA and the same is hereby considered while filing project registration application. The area 1272.04 sq. mtr. is verified and approved by JDA. 2) As per approved map, community hall is proposed on the 5th floor.
