1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 13, 14, 76, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94 and 95 admeasuring 1479.94 Sq.Mtr. 2.) The open area of the project is 7865.30 sq. mtr, which is calculated by considering park area as 960.64 sq. mtr., Road Area as 6871.22 sq. mtr. and M.T./S.W.D. Area as 33.44 sq. mtr.
