12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. A11,A12,A59,A60,A61,A62,A63,A64,A65,A66 and A67. Open Area of the project is 6514.96 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [20.38 sq. mtrs] and Road Area [6494.58 sq. mtrs]. The Saleable Area of the project is 9783.04 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [9488.10 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [294.94 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 17777 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 16298 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Area surrendered in Sector Plan road i.e. 1479 Sq. Mtrs.
