Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 17777 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 16298 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Area surrendered in Sector Plan road i.e. 1479 Sq. Mtrs.
