1. “DREAM CITY” is a plotted development Project, whereas its land conversion is approved under Section 90-A of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 and also complied with Rajasthan Township Policy, 2010 as well as Suratgarh’s Master Plan – 2023 vide letter with serial no. ??.59.??????/ ??????/ ??. ??. -?????? (1184)/2020/1331 as issued by the Senior Town Planner, Directorate of Local Body, Local Self Government Department, Govt. of Rajasthan, Jaipur. 2. M/S. Dream City (the "Promoter") have suo moto marked the Plot nos. 20, 21, 22, 29 to 32, 37, 38, 50 to 61 for retention by Nagar Palika, Suratgarh (Rajasthan) which shall only be released in favour of promoter or utilized by promoter upon completion of entire development work in the project.
