F-7/D.T.P./2021/43 dated 27/01/2021 point no. 10 and remark put on the copy of approved layout plan “For Internal development in the scheme, 12.5 Percent sale able plot numbers F-5 to F-13having total area 14,926 sq. feet are mortgage to U.I.T., Kota. These Plots are not to be sold without permission of U.I.T., Kota.
