1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 9 to 12 admeasuring 1136.13 SqM. 2.) Open area of the project is 5974.65 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering road area as 4855.86 sq. mtr. , park area as 1025.88 sq. mtr., S.W.M area as 92.90 sq. mtr. 3.) The map is approved as per township policy and there is no obligation for the promoter to construct both villa and plots. If the Villa is not constructed on the said plot then the same can be sold as plot itself. Hence, In the project it is proposed to sell both plots as well Villa units. The units may be sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients at the discretion of the promoter subjected to the parameter.
