12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 30 to 33 and 113 to 122. The details of plot no. 30 to 33 and 113 to 122 is mentioned under tab apartment type details as a plot under the not sanctioned category and as and when the permission of the said plots is obtained we shall intimate to the authority.
