1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. F-28, F-29 and F-30 admeasuring 3693.14 SqM. 2.) Open area of the project is 15583.65 sq. mtr. The same is calculated by considering Main road area as 2739.41 sq. mtr. , Park area as 2347.31 sq. mtr., S.W.M area as 90.56 sq. mtr. and Road Area as 10406.37 sq. mtr. 3.) Plot E-28 and E-29 merged to become single plot.
