As per Township policy,2010 12.5% of the total saleable area Residential Plot no A-1, A-2, A-3, A-22, A-23, B-1, B-2, B-3 have been mortgaged with Urban Improvement Trust, Sri Ganganagar for the Internal Development works related to this project. Open Area includes Road 29000 sqft total area being 29000 sqft. Out of these Plot A-22, A-23 has been released vide letter no. Rajkaj Ref No. 17457566 dated 08.09.2025 and Plot A-3, B-3 has been released vide letter no. Rajkaj Ref No. 18904817 dated 20.11.2025
