Open Area includes Parking 3179.66, Park & Facility 3026.94 and Road 28830.24 total area being 3255.07 sqm or 35036.84 sqft. Out of these Plot A-3, A-4 have been released vide letter no. 16459095 dated 10.07.2025 and Plot A-9 has been released vide letter no. 18904637 dated 20.11.2025
