1. DEFINED WORLD CITY is an affordable housing scheme under the provision of 3C of CMJAY and the project consist of total 210 units 36 units of EWS, 92 units of LIG, 48 units of MIG, 34 units of Retail Commercial. 2. It is hereby proposed to sell both, plots as well as row houses/Villas in the project. The row houses/Villas maybe sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients at the discretion of the promoter. 3. In this project we are constructing 35 villas on “EWS plot no. 58 to 64, LIG plot no. 73 to 82, 86 to 93, and MIG plot no. 157 to 161, 164 to 168 which is 20% of the total saleable plots. Gross builtup Area of villa is 5274.58 sq.mtr. The remaining units /plots admeasuring 10899.38 sq. mtr. shall be sold without constructing houses which is not exceeding 80% under any category (EWS/LIG/MIG) and those plots are EWS plot no. 29 to 41, 48 to 57, 65 to 70, LIG plot no. 3 to 19, 21 to 28, 43 to 47, 71, 84, 85, 96 to 116, 119 to 132, 138 to 143, MIG plot no. 1, 2, 20, 42, 72, 83, 94, 95, 117, 118, 133 to 137, 144 to 156, 162, 163, 169 to 176 Retail Commercial plots 1 to 34.
