F-7/D.T.P./2021/46 dated 27/01/2021 point no. 10 and remark put on the copy of approved layout plan “For Internal development in the scheme, 12.5 Percent sale able plot numbers 66,73 & 75 to 83 having total area 13,941sq. feet are mortgage to U.I.T., Kota. These Plots are not to be sold without permission of U.I.T., Kota.
