Due to unavoidable changes during construction of basement & ramp to the basement, there was reduction of total 05 car Parking (01 in the basement, 02 in the stilt & 02 in the open) which reduced the ECU provided from 321.66 to 316.66. The reduced ECUs of 316.66 is still more than required ECUs of 291.66 for the approved built up area as per the extant bye laws.
