12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT Kota, Kota against the internal development work of the project those plots are K-11, K-36 to K-41, K-59 & K-60 total 9 plots having an area of 1384Sq. meter. 1). Khasra No 334/317 having total area of 2.10 Hector out of which 0.45 hector is used in block J & 0.24 Hector is used in the Block K. 2). Khasra No. 55 consist of total area of 2.59 Hector out of which 1.15hector is used in Block J & 1.44 hector is being used in Block K. The land was surrendered to UIT, kota at the time of 90-A, after that new khasra no alloted by UIT Kota is 378/369 having area 0.24 heactor in lieu of Khasra No. 334/317 & Khasra no 371/55 having area 1.44 Hector in lieu of Khasra No. 55.
